Introducing TV-Groups: Streamlined Management Across Multiple Screens!

We’re excited to announce the launch of the TV-Groups feature in our management application, now available on both our web portal (app.eztv.plus) and in the latest version of our iOS/macOS management application (version 7.2 on the App Store, binary version 13.2).

What is TV-Groups?

TV-Groups is a powerful new tool designed to simplify the management of multiple TVs within your organization. Located in the TVs tab, you’ll now find a vertical left tab specifically for accessing TV-Groups. With this feature, users can group TVs based on their needs—whether that’s managing all TVs within a specific site or creating custom groups for different purposes.

Pre-Configured and Customizable Groups

To get you started, we’ve provided pre-configured groups:

• Organization-wide Groups: For easy management of all TVs within your organization.
• Site-Specific Groups: Target TVs located within specific sites to manage them collectively.

In addition, users have the flexibility to create and manage their own groups. Whether you want to group TVs by location, content type, or specific scheduling needs, the choice is yours.

Seamless Configuration Experience

We’ve designed the TV-Groups configuration process to be as intuitive as configuring a single TV. The UI remains almost identical, ensuring a seamless experience. You can assign schedules, playlists, and other configurations for all the TVs within a group with just a few clicks, saving time and effort while ensuring consistency.

The new feature is now available on:

• Web Portal: Access TV-Groups directly through our web platform at app.eztv.plus.
• iOS/macOS App: Download the latest update from the App Store (version 7.2) to use TV-Groups on your device.

Also in this Release: Email Communication Preferences

As part of this release, we’ve also added a Email Preferences under the Account tab. Users can now set a different email address for receiving product updates and surveys. Additionally, they can choose whether to opt-in or opt-out of these communications. Our goal is to keep you informed about our product updates while making sure we are not annoying you!
